What is the shipping time for high-performance skating gear?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international shipments via our premium logistics partners.
How do I choose the correct size for my speed skates or cycling shoes?
We recommend measuring your foot length in millimeters and consulting our specialized size chart. Since high-performance footwear requires a snug fit, our guide provides specific adjustments for both competition and training use.
What is your return policy for technical equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-molded boots or personalized gear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are Cádomotus helmets certified for international competition?
Yes, all our helmets, including the Omega and Alpha series, meet rigorous safety standards including CE EN1078 and are approved by the UCI and World Skate for official competitions.
Do you offer a warranty on carbon frames and boots?
We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all carbon components. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
